Refunds

All requested returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are not prepaid, as the art must be inspected for damage prior to restocking. Once inspected and approved, refunds should occur within 5 business days.

Packaging requirements are as follows for returns: All returns are to be packaged as close to our original packaging as possible. If packaging is not sufficient to protect the art during return shipping, we cannot offer a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
